On the 8/12 I bought some Anti wrinkle serum, eye cream, and Rivitaderm anti-ageing mousturiser cream all from this company as a trial offer. The total amount was £5.92, and like the other person who made a complaint, I also scanned the website for any mention of a contract or further payment being made. Once I'd checked my credit card statement I realised I'd been charged £204.99 for all three products. To make matters worse the fraud cover that I took out with my credit card does not protect me, and therefore there's no recourse. It seems to be difficult to track this company down. My only option now is to cancel my credit card details, otherwise this company will just keep accessing my account.
