I ordered 12 ea. 4oz. Bottles of Biofreeze on September 5, prepaying the cost of 100.70 as required. (order no. 2300467)
After many e-mails requesting the order status, and trying to talk to someone by phone (the line is ALWAYS busy), the status remains in "warehouse processing order".
I don't feel that it takes over 4 months to honor a small order like this, or to reimburse me, or at least answer my tracer.
But to have no action is inexcusable if the business istrustworthy. I am looking for help
