Ordered 8 Biofreeze, Rollon, 3 fl oz and 2 FreezeRx Roll-on, 3 oz. Order Number: 998669. They were very quick to accept my payment, but contacting them for my ordered was unbelievable! After 3 weeks (which I was told to expect my order) I contacted the company by phone. What a joke that was so, I started contacting them via Email on their web site... Another joke! After so long of notifying them, contacting them with concerns... Every week over the last 7 months... I find out that my order had been CANCELLED. I didn't CANCEL the order and I have not received a repayment, a thank you for your donation, kiss my ass... Nothing! I filed complaints with the BBB with no results either! I filed complaints with the WEB watchdogs... Nothing! I can't believe that MyVitanet continues to have a Website to SCAM more people!
