On Sept. 5, m Im placed an order for Biofreeze totaling $100.70, paid in full by credit card. (order no. 2300467). After about 17 e-mails with no response, and quite a few phone calls (unable to leave a call back message because the message site was full) I feel I am being scammed.
6 months is an unreasonable delay without any way to get information or activate shipment or refund. Who can help? Dennis Rudofski
