Ordered a product through MyVitaNet.com. After a week and a half and no communication I logged on to their site to check order status. It said "warehouse processing". Over the next several days I continued to check and the status never changed. I tried to call their 'customer service' number only to find a message saying they had unusually high phone calls and to try again later, which I did several more times to no avail. So I sent them a message through their system asking them what the deal was. Their response was to cancel my order. I tried to call again and this time was prepared to leave a message, only their VM was full and could not accept any more messages. So they didnt fulfill the order, didnt return my written message, didnt answer their phones, and clearly werent interested in the messages they already had in their system! Could a company be any worse!?!
