Much the same as all the other complainants I sent the postage for a sample and then discovered that not only had they overcharged on the postage but started to withdraw large sums from my bank account. I could find no way of contacting the company exept by phone which was never answered. My bank has researched the matter and sent a letter to the company's bank. At the moment I am unclear if this problem can be resolved. However if my bank allows the fraud to continue I will have no alternative but to withdraw my money and close the account.
