Same as everyone else... My aunt ordered free product and paid for postage and packaging but has now had £595 come out of her account. £79 then £75 then £95 and do on. The bank had not closed her account or stopped them taking the money!!! What can she do each day more and more money is being taken from her. The fraud squad are investigating from her bank but they will not close the account to stop th taking more!
What can we do?
