They advertise a sample of skin cream which you pay only the postage for. Immediatley after this they continue sending creams and charging your account with large payments £51.00, £74.00 and £79.00 for creams you have never asked for. They refuse to repay or answer letters. My bank can give me back the most recent two charges but cannot reclaim the earlier ones.
