The Advanced Cleanse web site was misleading in "free trial". I entered credit card info for $1.99 shipping and within two weeks my account was charged $149.99 I was told I had not cancelled in the "trial" period.
I called and emailed several times and on 3/4/10, I received an email that my money would be refunded. I am still waiting and I call often. They assure me that the funds have already been refunded and that I should check with my bank&which of course, I have already done! They cannot contact the refund department nor give me a way to contact them. The one person who assured me that the funds were being processed and really would get refunded is no longer there. Imagine that!!
