Union Telecom USA is a big cheater. I dont like the service and the calls are dropping or very much disturbance. When i complain they give couple dollars credit. After all i decided to disconnect the service with Union Telecom. I spoke to the person describing him self john with (wrong id number 107.. Their id digits are 4 not 3) i cleared the balance and told to close my account. He does not know what is he doing. First he said your account has not been clear. We will take it off from the deposit money. Then i let him rechecked and he realize that i have paid all unpaid amounts. Then i asked him to close the account. First he said it will take few minutes, then few hours then may be tomorrow i have to call and check to see if the account is confirm closed. And said my credit will be refunded after 45 days. Then he hung up the phoneagain i went online and chated with the charge persone Lucia Eugenio called her self a manager. I told her what happend and to close my accont. She closed account and said i can not give you your deposited money back but 50 dollars gift card. There was no notification to me in any how that they have change the policy as of jan that after account cancellation they cant refund the deposited money back. But only in form of calling card. They snatch away my money. Without notifying and not willing to give the information for complaint
