Sirius-XM Radio Scam, Fraud, Sham!

I have been an XM Radio customer for five years. I had been happy with my service. So much so, that I continued my service although my favorite station was removed. I called to renew my subscription and paid with my debit card. The following day, a radio, which I did not order, was delivered to my home and my bank account was debited an additional $28. I immediately called XM radio to find out why. My call was answered by a customer service rep who spoke with what sounded like an Indian accent. The rep seemed to have problems understanding English. I spent more than two hours holding and being transferred to different departments. No one could answer my questions but one rep acknowledged that the charge should not have been made and assured me that the charge would be refunded. Two days later, I checked my bank account again and found that my account had been debited again. This time for $44. I called XM again to find out why. This time I spoke with a rep who stated that it appeared that the rep who processed my renewal had conducted fraud on my account. I told him that I needed to return the second radio, which I had not ordered, and he stated that if I returned it, I'd be charged a $75 deactivation fee. I spent another two hours on the phone being transferred and placed on hold while trying to straighten it out. Once again, I was assured the problem would be taken care of and the money would be refunded. Two days later, my account was debited $58. I called again trying to straighten out the problem with XM representatives. I even tried calling the corporate offices of Sirius-XM. I was given the number for the fraud department. I called the number and got a voicemail message that directed me to leave a message and someone would contact me within 24 hours. The only problem is that every time I called the number the voicemail message box was full. I eventually had to contact my bank and deactivate my debit card. I still have not been able to get a straight answer from XM and no one will knows how the charges were placed on my account.
