I checked my online banking on 7/26 and found an unauthorized charge on my account. I immediately called the number on the statement I spoke to a very rude middle eastern man who said I has signed up for this on the internet, which I had not. I was told my account would be refunded the amount and no further payments would be made. I have since called again and spoke to a female who was very rude and got the same response from her. Tomorrow makes one month from my first call and I still have not been refunded.
