A random charge appeared on my cell phone bill with a subscription name of IQ31CALL (with a disconnected phone number on the end). I did not sign up for the service, nor do I know what the service is. Bottom line, I was able to get the charges refunded and ATT has put a purchase block on my account now. I will be paying more close attention to that box on my bill from now on.
