I noticed there where extra charges on my cell phone bill. The charges appeared on my 14yr old sons line. My son is aware of not putting in his phone number on websites or replying to any texts he is not familiar with. We even have a block for this stuff as we have been charged for other companies. Somehow and someway this company was able to charge my bill for the $9.99. T-mobile gave me no problems of getting the refund back from the company, although it will take 30 days to appear on my bill. T-mobile then put me on a black list so this cant happen again.
