I just found on last month's bill a $9.99 subscription charge. Their CS representative said they got a "continue" text from my number confirming a subsription even though I told her my itemized cell phone bill text history had 3 incoming but NO OUTGOING messages from this number the day I supposedly subscribed (none since then). Since today is the 14th and it renews on the 13th, I was on the hook for 2 months of fraudulent charges even though she unsubscribed me from future charges.
So I called AT&T and they were extremely helpful, refunding me the entire $19.98 and even helped me put a purchase blocker on my account so horrible companies like BUNE cannot falsely charge me ever again!
