Done with BofA - customer complaint

I have had accounts with Bank of America since when applying in 2009 I signed up for the companies now discountinued "keep the change" act.By rounding up your purchases they keep that change & match up to 100% but only fo the first 3 months, and them some 3% for the rest. How generous.

I never had my keep the change matched on the one year anniversary of starting my account, and became curious. They where unable to help me in in store & I luckily had to call into the nortoriously helpful automated customer service. After 20 minutes of pressing buttons to located the correct department & 10 minutes of holding I got to speak to Linda the very unpleasment BofA employee who felt it was totally okay to attempt to continuously point out it had been over 2 years since I was supposed to be reimbursed. Thank you Linda, I was unaware money you promised people went bad. After that I was on hold for 8 minutes to find out that due to the fact " it was so long ago" which she made very clear it would take 7-10 days to hear back of if I was ever reimbursed.

So thank you Linda and BofA for the run around & free sass. I assure you that you can owe me money from 10 years ago & I will still want it. Regardless of your attempts at making me think money and your word expire. I will still be pursing the matched amount or Atleast the ammount I paid on those purchases to be paid back & then I will happily close my account.
