MJ came w/good instructions to plug in, but then need to register. No directions for that, or where to get the #s they want. Then try and return it, or get the portal straightened out... A nightmare!!! No CS phone, inept chat staff, every possible trick used to avoid returns, help, etc. A TERRIBLE company... Avoid like the plague!!
