I love the magic jack. No issues until this year. When I call a certain number I get three short busy signals then silence. My fathers and both of my magic jacks do this. I reported this March 26 to magic jack support chat and they claim they have notified their engineers. When I called them today I was told they would resend the complaint to the engineers. We shall see.
