I purchased one month guarantee to rid my computer of all viruses. The first time was on 12-12-11 when purchased. Virus was not gone noticed within 7 days but do to holidays and knowing I had 30 days. I didn't call back until 1-4-12. A different Tech tried removing viruses. Immediately within 48 hours doing same thing. Curser freezing. Called back Jan. 10th and wanted to do a restore, that they suggested was a last resort. Tech hung up on me. I called back and demanded my refund. They never got the virus or viruses off of my computer. I spoke to Tech supervisior on Jan. 11th, Bernard he said I might get a call within 24 hours asking about my service. But the money should be put back into my account within 1-2 days.
