After a disappointing experience with the Geek Squad I was recommended www.TrustedPCTech.com for some virus removal help. I called their Portland location and had one of their technicians connect to my computer over the internet. He diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price. Which was much cheaper than the Geek Squad. Within two hours the Trusted PC Tech had my computer working like new again. All that and I didn't even have to take my computer any place or have a stranger in my home. It was a very easy process.
