I live in the uk, i have m.E. And live from benefits, i ordered both items after christmas, have received them yesterday, something did not seem right, si itried to ring the number on the paperwork, to cancel the order it said on invoice that this can not be done by email, the number no longer exists. I have rung my credit card people to have my card cancelled, i hope this will be all i have to do. Does anyone have any other ideas?
