I ordered some flats and did not receive them. I got a notification from the post office a few weeks ago that there was a package that needed my signature and I thought that it was the shoes, except that it said it was an envelope. It was a wierd Snoopy Happy Birthday bag. There was no sender information, it was All in Chinese, and all my husband could determine was that it was sent from Shanghai. I sent an e-mail a week ago without response so I escalated with PayPal today.
