Someone had mentioned that Kelly-Mall was no longer allowed to work with PayPal. Well given my most recent claim, Kelly-Mall most definitely is still scamming consumers with their product. After I sent a number of emails to the seller and received no response I finally issued a claim through PayPal. The seller gave some tracking number and still nothing has a arrived, although after reading all of these posts, I'm definitely not optimistic that it'll be the shoes I ordered! I will order a charge dispute through my credit card today! This is a shame because I thought I could at least trust PayPal to make smart decisions and regulate who is using them.
