I purchased airline tickets from Orbits, while it was really easy to do it, I had to cancel my travel plans, which was also quick and easy, problem came after 70 days and still didn't get the refund, tried to give them a chance and called them, their answer was that my bank was holding the funds and it was my banks fault, I contacted my bank and they said that orbitz never made any attempt of refunds, so I filed a complaint against them, I will never use Orbitz for future trips…. Their costumer support is very very bad as well...
