I was on with a sales rep, who assured me that we would get their Premier package which included the NFL Sunday Ticket. Once I registered, with Directv, I was told that I had a credit issue and had to pay a refundable fee of $200. Once I agreed, and the Sales Rep deducted the $200.00 she repeated what was included in the package. "The NFL Sunday Ticket, 4 boxes for 4 rooms of service 2 standard boxes an two dvr boxes one of which would be HD. She then asked me for an email address, I asked her why and she said, I would receive special offers and an outline of what she said i would receive during my installation. I got the installation which turned out to be 2 standard boxes and that's it. I asked the installer and he said, there must have been a mistake and that he would install the two boxes and to just call and tell the office that we only received two boxes and that they would schedule the installation of the other two boxes. I called an hour after the installer left and was told that I wasn't eligible for 4 boxes and If I cancelled, my $200 was non-refundable. It was a holiday weekend and had to wait Until Tuesday after Independence day to speak to a representative that could assist me further. Only to be informed that I had 24 hours to cancel the service before I would be charged a 480 early cancellation fee.
