Ought two ticket to gran canary to fligh on the 12/16, when arrive to the desk no ticket there, had to buy two new ticket my friends who was travelling with me was checked, we had booked hotel etc, as i bought another ticket to go to sydney next 02/16 when i got back from gran ganary went to the british airways to ask for my flight with my reservation, the reservation was made, my ticket was blooked, the yourtripguides have not send the money to Britsh airways
so I tried to contact to tripplanner, yourtripguides by e-mail no answer, by telefono not answer,
So need to go to sydney i have not money to buy another ticket i have booked school to go to study english etc...
