I had a $415 voucher from US Airways. I called them to make a reservation for August 2-5, flying from Atlanta Ga to New York. I spoke with a cutomer service in April and booked the ticket. I called back in July to change the time and I was told to contact Customer Relations because my ticket had expired, which I did not know why, because it was valid in April, when I actually booked the ticket. When I called Customer Relations, I was told that the representative that helped me book my trip did not comfirm it and the voucher expired in June and they did not know why and neither did I because as far as I was concerned I was to be traveling in early August. I was told that there was nothing that they could do even though the mistake was a mistake due to one of their representative. I am now without a Ticket or a vouche
