Unfortunately I booked a return ticket Phuket - Kuala Lumpur - Amsterdam via Airscanner Online with Malaysian Airline. I checked the e-ticket with Malaysian Airline because after I made the payment (by bank) I could not find the website from Airscanner Online anymore. Today I received the confirmation that this e-ticket is not a valid ticket.
I'm so sad, because I was very much looking forward to see my family in The Netherlands back after 3.5 years living abroad.
I don't know what to do about losing my money with this ticket and not travelling now.
