Place an order for Ugg boots, did not get an authorization # or comformation #. I immediately tried to cancel order, then immediately cancelled my credit card. Received a tracking # and then tried to cancel the #. Received Fake, Fake, Fake boots and was charged on my new card that they didn't even have the #. Bank called it forced payment. I cannot contact that company to return the boots or get a refund. Sorry China you suck!!! I can't believe that we allow these companies to do business here. File this one under false advertising, defective product, unauthorized credit card charge and plan old stealing.
