I actually called the number on the check and talked with someone who acted like they couldnt find my information, then they said that they would return the 30.00 to me within 15 business days along with an email saying I was refunded. I refuse to wait 15 days for money I didnt tell u to take out of my account, So I called the Bank Of Kentucky where the checks are deposited into and they said it was a customer and that I should call my bank and tell them that I didnt authorzied the withdrawal out the account. So I called my bank and told them the situation and they credited back my account and send the check back. So maybe talk to your bank and see if they would look into the matter?
