I received a letter in the mail from National Lottery Promotions. The letter stated that i have won 200,000, 000 us credited to an entry claim number. The letter wanted me to call a customer care rep in order to activate the check they had sent me well i call the number and the man said for me to deposit the check into my account and not to tell my bank it was from a lottery that my money would be deposited within 2 days and after i had deposited my check to contact him. Well i didnt deposit the check instead i went to another bank and asked if they could tell me if the check was real and they ran the number for me and the check was fake. The bank also told me how to check and see if the checks are real my self theirs a 9 numbers at the bottom of the check as to where you can check for yourself to see if the checks are real these people need to stop trying to scam hard working people because ive been scamed once and thats why i checked this out before depositing it the check was for 4,954.23 and the company it was wrote off of didnt even know they had checks missing untill i called them Thank you for listening
