On November 8, I received an e-mail from American Greetings that my renewal date would be 11-15. As I didn't use the website much anymore, I decided to unsubscribe. On November 9, I sent an e-mail requesting to be unsubscribed from American Greetings website. I sent several e-mails, made telephone calls to 1-800-711-4474 and searched their website for a place to unsubscribe. The telephone call would send me back to the website and the website would tell me to call the above telephone number. This kept on until 12-17 when I finally reached a live person. She seemed somewhat deaf as I had to repeat everything several times. I guess my subscription is now canceled but the charge account has not been credited.
