After canceling my subscription to this website in early July, I recieved a confirmation email from the website stating that my subscription had been canceled and I would no longer be charged. However, after checking my bank statements, on November 3 and December 2, I was charged $29.95 from this website. I checked Zoosk and it states that I am not subscribed, and I still have the confirmation email they sent stating that I would no longer be charged. I cannot contact anyone because emails and phone calls are not being returned.
