I provided bank acct info required for direct deposit by an online lender on an online loan application. No authorization was ever given to debit funds from my account. I did not receive a loan but I have found that Premium Membership Club submitted to my bank withdrawal of $99.47 on Nov. 23 which cost me an over draft fee of $34.97; Again on Dec. 8 another transaction for $99.47 costing me another overdraft fee of $34.97; Again on Jan. 4 another transaction $99.47 and another overdraft fee of $34.97. I am going to the bank today to close the acct and put it in dispute. I think we should think about a class action lawsuit and bury these jerks.
