Ordered 13 beads from them and received them today. 7 are NOT beads I ordered and 5 won't even fit on my bracelet! No response from customer service. Luckily its not a huge loss but I ordered yellow and black beads and got green and blue instead and not even nice ones! Grrrrrrrrr.
