In Aug I ordered 3 beads from Pandora Collections. I received 3 totally different beads to that which I had ordered and were totally fake and inferior quality. Emailed them photos, they said they would sent correct ones. I've never received anything so then asked for a refund which they said they had done but I haven't received that either. They said they would trace where the refund went but I've never heard back from them and now they are ignoring my emails. It's been a year now of me emailing them every month sometimes twice a month. Totally ripped off and fed up! Don't buy from them.
