I have a small jewelry business and have ordered supplies on-line through other companies without any difficulty—until now. Dream Factory Beads on-line has a very nice website, and because it was supposedly located in Oregon, I placed an order through them for wholesale beads. They charged my credit card in the amount of $181.26, and have never sent my order.
When I tried to call them, there was an automated answering service and they did not return my call. I attempted to contact them via email, but could not get a message through because of the "security code" that must be entered— never "correct" is the response I got on every attempt. Don't be fooled by the professional appearance of this website! They are a bunch of thieves!!
