I got an offer from California Casualty from the California Teachers Association. I called to get a quote, but the agents kept changing the rules after sending me quotes. I spoke with 4 different agents. When I complained, they changed the person I was dealing with three times. Every time that I confirmed a quote that they sent me, they came back again with a higher quote—even the last agent I dealt with. With the customer service so uniformly unprofessional, it is hard to believe that this is not a company policy! They were very unethical. This is not a good service for CTA members. The CTA should replace them with another company.
