I informed Quality 1 Auto Service I had quotes from other companies and they said they would match previous quote. I bragged to my secretary that the auto service places rip people off and you must trust the people you do business with. They got me to sign a $89 inspection request. I had two quotes from two other auto repair places that were $350 and $500. They spent over an hour of my precious time preparing my quote.
They did not match the service quotes. Matching would have been fine but instead they quoted me $775 twice that of a previous quote. The new quote was two times that of a competitor.
The took my $89 and stole my precious time. Trust is gone and I will never bring anymore business to them again. Is $89 worth screwing people over?
