Bait and switch practices used.
Their website will generate an instant quote.
This quote will look reasonable.
Once you send the equipment to them, they will claim that market has changed in the meantime or that the product is in bad condition (has scratches, etc.).
They will then email a revised quote which is significantly lower. For me, varying from 60% lower than the original quote to 90% lower.
In the email there is a link to accept this lower offer. If you disagree you will have to call them. That's when you realize you have been tricked.
You will the have to negotiate with them.
In my case, their final price ended up being 35% less than original quote.
I refused and demanded my stuff back.
Now it remains to be seen if they actually have managed to scratch it as badly as they say.
