I had two orders for merchandise on Aug 24 for $113.50 and Aug 30 for $80.19. This second order also included $14.99 for USPS shipping I received confirmation for both orders but have never received the items. I have called numerous times and was told that they were on back order. I have talked to so called supervisors and always the same story. The latest e-mail I received tells me that they are reorganizing but will answer calls and callback within 48 to 72 hours. This it not true. This was charged to my AMEX card and no refunds have been issued to this date-Jan 7
