Charged but No Product and No Response

On March 3rd I placed an order with The Gilded Paw for over $100 in merchandise. My account was charged through PayPal that same day. I have not received my merchandise, I have not received any shipping confirmation and I have not received ANY response to my numerous e-mails and phone messages. Everytime I call I get a voice recording that only allows me to leave a message... Which I do. I even repeat my phone number and order number multiple times.

What is their deal? Their website states that items ship within 2 days if they are not special orders. The items I ordered were not special orders! It has been 17 days! I am going to dispute the charge with PayPal on Monday if I do not have a response from them. I even hunted them down on MySpace today and sent a message! This is ridiculous! Do not order anything from these people!!!
