Ordered a Demarcus Ware jersey for my husband for Christmas but knew that it would not get here until the week after. Money was taken out of my account but never got a tracking #. Contacted them by email 5 times and finally got a response back from "Elaine" saying that they were working on the order. I had seen this website when I did not get a response back from the first few emails and I let Elaine know that she could cancel my order and just refund my money. She stated that I would have to pay a 10% processing fee and that I would get a 90% refund. That didnt go over so well considering that the order had not been "processed" or shipped. After letting her know I had contacted my bank she said that she would get with the bank to have them issue a refund. That was on the 28th but today I received the jersey in the mail. The jersey is not authentic at all, you can see where the jersey had other numbers on the shoulders that were taken off and replaced with # 94 for Ware. And it looks dirty. No return address label or address! I have emailed Elaine again and am waiting for a response. Will keep you updated!!
