Ordered a Cam Newton jersey... As soon as my husband realized it was from China (the day after ordering) he sent an e-mail to cancel the order immediately. They supposedly had already shipped it and was promised to get here by Christmas. My husband still continued to try to cancel since there was no tracking information. We got the jersey a couple days after Christmas and it is obviously a fake. The color is not Panthers' blue, the tag is sewn on crooked and there's a spot on the back. I e-mailed the company this morning and they responded quite quickly saying that we didn't order an "authentic" jersey and that it was a replica (which is correct... We knew it was a replica), but if we wanted to order an authentic jersey then they would allow us to use a code to get a 5% discount. I responded and stated that I don't want a code... I want to return this item and get a full refund. They have not responded since then. Probably asleep since they are across the globe. Obviously not happy, just like the other folks on here. I doubt anything will come of it, but just in case... I'll let y'all know.
