I ordered a orange tebow jersey 12/11. Received confirmation of payment and no tracking. Emailed the company, and Elaine replied checking on order, she said must have got misplaced she would check with shipping, she would get back with. 12/23 I emailed company again, and threatened to report them as this was a christmas gift. No response. Emailed company 12/27. Received email 12/28 12:28 am from Elaine, representing the company and she would tell whoever I would get a refund, as she said the order may have got lost!
So where do I go from here, not sure. Just know this was a mess and will do whatever it takes to take this company out!!!
