I hate Direct TV. They started off by poorly installing their stuff. Shortly afterwards I started to get charged for HD for two months. I have had many phone calls and either they do not care or they just do not get it. They gave me a bad receiver, so they went to the truck and pulled out two more bad receivers, and tried to charge me for the bad receiver. I have had a discount or free some thing for half the time I have had them, because they keep screwing up. And the last straw was when they told me that I had an extra year on my contract because they activated a receiver, they bad one I got replaced. So many problems, tears of joy came from my eyes when I was no longer with them. Please stay away.
