We would like to get ahold of the co. That put our shield in. They need to be accountable for what is happening under that shield! It is all wet underneath & probably already has mold started. We couldn't see under all but could at the entrance door. I know they assigned the agreement to you but we don't know how to get ahold of the co. It was paid in full & we never had any reason to go up there until the t.V. Wiring needed fixing. Please help us get a hold of the co. That installed this shield over our other insulation.
