I just got back from the Best (aka worst) buy store #766 in Chesapeke, Virginia 22 Sept 12:30 pm. It is hard to believe that this store is making money in this economy the lack luster way they treat customers and our Military Vets. I bought the classic 7th Generation I-pod classic last month to the tune of $262.49cents. To me this is alot of money because I am not employed. Upon leaving the store the people at customer service stated that " If you find a cheaper store within the local area that sells it cheaper and you can provide proof. We will gladly refund the difference within 30 days of buying the product. So I have a flyer from the Navy Exchange that is selling it for $244.00 including tax. To no avail and a wasted trip and efforts. You may be justified in doing this for some catch-22 but the fact that this wasn't brought to my attention prior to coming to this store and the pissy customer service is more than one retired vet can handle. Need I say more??
