I purchased a phone and service on the internet. When my phone arrived I was told by a customer service rep who spoke very little English that I must "Go Store" to have it activated.
The store did activate my phone. However, I did not have voice messaging available for over a month, despite several contacts with different customer service reps.
A problem they have yet to fix is the ability for any local number to call my phone without dialing a 1 plus the area code. My phone conversations break up regularly. This is the worst phone service I have ever had and their customer service department is unbelievable poor.
