I visited the Stockbridge Georgia Gardenridge store, in search of a 10X8 Awning. The last one had been sold at this store. I ask the manger of outdoor equipment if he could call another GR store and was told they are not allowed to call other stores. He stated that the only way to get in store merchandise information, you have to know some one in that store. I had to make a two hour round trip to a store and luckily there was 1, in stock. I have never experienced this lack of customer service.
